Accounts Payable Specialist

Crestline Hotels & Resorts, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for their corporate office in Fairfax, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that is growing exponentially, and to be part of a culture that is driven to be the best and committed to excellence.

  • Reconciling invoices to ensure correct amounts and appropriate services have been billed by vendors
  • Processing vendor invoices according to Company procedures
  • Researching and addressing vendor inquiries, discrepancies, and payment related issues
  • Monitoring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Working directly with the treasury manager on other specific projects as directed
  • Initiate wire/ACH payments
  • Monitor cash activity and balances
  • A minimum of two years prior accounting experience, treasury functions a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business acumen required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
