The Area Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for managing and assisting the HR discipline for 15-20 select/focus service hotels. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring employment processes are followed, consultation regarding employee relations with local General Managers and Assistant General Managers, and LOA administration for assigned hotels. This position must be able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, utilize, and enhance processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.
The Director of Hotel Accounting (Centralized Services) is responsible for assisting in supervising an accounting team of approximately 8 employees and is responsible for overseeing the accounting function for approximately 20-30 select service hotels. Successful individual will need a strong background in centralized accounting, have a strong understanding of select service/focused service accounting processes, be able to implement policies and practices to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies.

The VP of Business Development will assist with the company’s business development efforts including third-party hotel management, hospitality investments (equity, key money, loans, etc.), and possibly corporate mergers and acquisitions. The candidate will work closely with the feasibility team and other Crestline departments to prepare hotel pro formas and then will present the underwriting for Crestline’s capital partners.
