The Banquet Bartender will mix and serve drinks to guest in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and warm hospitality.
The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing for and serving guests during banquet functions in accordance with hotel standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and warm hospitality.
The Banquet Steward pulls the necessary banquet equipment and delivers to assigned room as stated on BEO. The Banquet Steward clears trays, sorts neatly, and places dirty items in appropriate containers and removes to applicable department for cleaning.

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
The Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of guest's rooms in an orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
The Laundry Attendant operates or tends to washers to wash articles, such as towels, linens, blankets, napkins, etc. for the hotel.
The Front Desk Night Clerk will serve as ambassador to the hotel handling all check-in and check-outs, answering incoming calls while upholding Guest Service Standards. Functions will also include nightly accounting and working as a "Runner" for housekeeping needs during the midnight shift. He/She will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. The Front Desk Night Clerk will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. This position may also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
The Public Space Attendant will clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotels standards of cleanliness.
The Restaurant Supervisor assists in overseeing the restaurant, room service, and club room operations to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation and guest experience.
The Restaurant Server will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according Hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. He/she will collect payments and assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment.
The Sous Chef will assist in the planning, direction, coordination, and execution of all operations within the culinary department. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that all culinary operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Sous Chef will achieve desired outcomes through assisting in the creation, development, and maintenance of a competent, motivated, and empowered culinary staff. The Sous Chef will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the culinary staff daily. In the absence of an Executive Chef, the Sous Chef will fulfill this role. The Sous Chef will always maintain a hands-on approach to all culinary operations.
