Human Resources Coordinator - Centralized

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Fairfax, VA. This person will provide support for the Centralized Human Resources team in a multitude of functions across HR. It’s a great fit for a skilled multitasker who is equally comfortable providing a positive, personal candidate experience as they are tackling processes within a system.

  • Assist in the recruitment process of new associates by posting positions, reviewing applications, processing data, generating specific reports for the assigned hotels.
  • Reviewing I9’s to ensure accuracy
  • Complete data entry related to associate personal information, payroll processing, benefits administration, and audit all input for accuracy. Compile reports from the database as needed.
  • Ensuring bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly HR/Payroll reports are created, processed and provided to hotels.
  • Administer Crestline Hotels & Resorts Leave of Absence policies and procedures, including communication of company policies, distribution of required paperwork, provision of FMLA notification to all eligible associates, and where applicable, updating associate employment status in ADP system.
  • Complete Unemployment Compensation claim forms with associate separation or layoff information.
  • Process associate terminations: generate PCF, secure electronic signature from hotels; update payroll system, and terminate benefits in all systems.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all Health and Welfare programs, including Health and Dental Insurance, Life and Disability Insurance, Retirement Savings, Voluntary Benefits Programs
  • Maintain accurate trace files and communicate with manager
  • Assist with any other projects assigned by the Director of HR/RVP of HR


  • College degree required
  • Previous HR or Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • A highly contagious positive attitude and passion for customer service
  • Ability to juggle multiple, but equally important priorities in a timely fashion.  Experience working with and organizing data required
