  • Essential Functions Include:

    • Ensures the efficient administration and management of all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statuary requirements and the execution of employee relation activities.
    • Provide department leaders with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.
    • Encourages recognition of employee contribution by coordinating hotel-wide recognition programs.
    • Conducts employee orientation and management training as necessary.
    • Coaches managers on effective ways to motivate employees, communicate performance expectations and to address performance concerns 
    • Maintain legal and accurate personnel files.
    • Serve as member of the Executive Committee and work closely with all Executive Committee members in supporting and achieving the hotel's goals and objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.


  • Strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention and Compliance – your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for success
  • Staff Optimization – develop a plan for all new hires so they understand their mission and have the tools to offer unparalleled service, satisfaction, and success within their first 90 days
  • Develop and execute a plan to drive the brand and Crestline culture – we value each other, our guests, our business partners and our environment
  • Develop a strong working partnership with local Crestline hotels as well as Corporate HR –we all work together towards a shared goal!


Education & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree plus at least three (3) years of related experience in human resource management experience; or High school diploma or equivalent plus at least six (6) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge and abilities

  • Computer skills required – must be knowledgeable in usage of all Microsoft office products
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Previous hotel experience required
