Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily parking operation including, revenue collection, parking equipment maintenance and repair program, overall parking site cleanliness, and management of space availability.
  • Working with Hotel Management to ensure that valet, bell-person and parking attendant operation is appropriately staffed.
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel daily activities, arrivals/departures and house count, features and services provided by the hotel, hours of operation of each outlet, parking facilities, layout, hours of operation, prices and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve all guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Supervise all direct reports, to include hiring, training, scheduling, development, evaluation, and payroll-related activities.
  • Routinely audit various shifts to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Ensure the location is operating in accordance with company policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education (GED) or 5 Years Work Equivalent.
  • Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel information systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required. 
  • Previous experience in parking industry preferred
  • Experience with a TIBA parking management system preferred
