The ultimate mission of the hospitality Engineering team will be to ensure our guests’ satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. In addition, the role is accountable for performing maintenance tasks daily that are critical to providing an exceptional stay to each and every guest.
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
The Lounge Bartender will take orders, prepare, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications. He/she also will maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the successful operation and administration of the restaurant department to include the bar/lounge. The Restaurant Manager must ensure that the department is continually balanced while focusing on providing an exceptional food and beverage experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability at the same time. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Restaurant Manager will achieve desired outcomes through the creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered restaurant staff. The Restaurant Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the restaurant staff, supervisors and managers on a daily basis. The Restaurant Manager will serve as the restaurant department liaison to all other hotel departments.
The Westin National Harbor looking for an enthusiastic and Reliable Room Service Server who can work am (7am-3pm) and pm (3pm-11pm) shifts to join our Food and Beverage team. The Utility position will complete special cleaning projects as assigned, following Hotel specifications and standards. This position will clean and maintain equipment in Dishwashing/ Kitchen/ Cafeteria/ Compactor/ Storage areas. He/she will also assist in other stewarding functions as assigned.

You must be available to work both am (7am-3pm) and pm shifts (3pm-11pm) Monday thru friday for if you are looking to become a full time employee and Weekends Starting Friday-Sunday am (7am-3pm) and pm shifts (3pm-11Pm). If you are looking to become a part time employee must be available weekends starting Friday-Sun flexible to work both am (7am-3pm) and pm (3pm-11pm) shifts.
